Supporting individuals through grounded                        and compassionate care

"You have power over your mind not outside events. Realize this, and you will find strength."

"The happiness of your life depends upon the quality of your thoughts."

Therapy is a personal and collaborative process. It is not about fixing, but about understanding, integrating and responding differently over time.

THERAPY

My approach to therapy is grouneded, steady and attuned to the pace of each individual.

I work with adults who are navigating anxiety, trauma, emotionally overwhelmed and life transitions. Many of the individuals I support are carrying experiences that are not always easy to name but are felt in the body-in patterns of thinking, emotional responses and ways of relating to others and themselves.

Therapy, in my practice, is not about rushing toward change. It is about creating a space where you can begin to notice, understand and gently shift what has been difficult to hold alone.

How I work

My work integrates trauma-informed care with EMDR-informed practices, somatic awareness and reflective exploration.

This may include:

-Noticing how stress and emotions are held in body

-Developing grounding and regulation skills

-Exploring patterns that have developed over time

-Processing experiences in a way that feels safe and contained

-Building a more compassionate and responsive relationship with yourself

I approach therapy as a collaborative process. There is no single path or pace that fits everyone. Together, we move in a wat that supports both insight and stability.

EMDR-Informed Work

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing

(EMDR) is one of the approaches I draw from in my work. EMDR supports the brain's natural ability to process and integrate experiences that may feel "stuck". Rather than focusing on talking through experiences, EMDR allows for a more embodied process-where thoughts, emotions and physical sensations can shift and reorganize over time.

This work is always approached with care, preparation and attention to readiness,
